10:00-10:30am - Energize with Yoga, led by Sharon Wilson
30 minutes “chair yoga” class! Caring for our bodies with a beginner’s yoga exercise that is done seated at the edge of your chair.
Yoga preparation:
- Wear comfortable, breathable clothing
- Bring a bottle of water
- Please use a sturdy chair

11:00-12:00pm - Zentangle Workshop (Art for Wellness), led by Vanesa Simon
Join us for an hour long Zentangle introductory class.
The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. No drawing experience needed, just an open heart to learn.
This will be a meditative, drawing class atmosphere.
Gather these supplies before the class:
- 4x4 inch paper - cut a larger piece of paper, if you have a cardstock type of paper that would be good.
These are also good if you want to order ahead of time (click here). - Fine tip marker pen - a Sharpie or Micron pen
- Pencil
- Q-tip for blending pencil line
- 2 sheets of 8x11 scrap paper (can be copy paper)
